It can withstand the impact and wear of the high drop hopper in the material conveying system. The alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under ≤600 working conditions. If vanadium, molybdenum and other alloys are added to the alloy wear-resistant layer, it can withstand high temperature wear of ≤800. The recommended use temperature is as follows: Common carbon steel substrate is recommended not to be higher than 380  The low-alloy heat-resistant steel substrate is recommended to be used under 540 working conditions; The heat-resistant stainless steel substrate is recommended to be used under 800 working conditions.
